Journal Policies

1. Peer Review Policy

"LIJO employs a double-blind peer-review process, ensuring that both the reviewer and author identities are concealed throughout the review. Every manuscript is evaluated by at least two independent subject-matter experts based on originality, methodology, and clinical relevance. The final decision rests with the Editorial Board to maintain the highest quality of oncological research."

2. Open Access & Licensing Policy

"This is an open-access journal, which means that all content is freely available without charge to the user or their institution. In accordance with the Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY 4.0) license, users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, and print the full texts of the articles, provided the original work is properly cited."

3. Research & Publication Ethics

"LIJO strictly adheres to the guidelines set by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards plagiarism, data fabrication, and redundant publication. All submitted manuscripts are screened using specialized plagiarism detection software. Authors must declare any potential conflicts of interest upon submission."

4. Archiving & Data Preservation

"To ensure the long-term preservation of digital scholarly content, LIJO utilizes a robust archiving strategy. We are committed to ensuring that all published research remains permanently accessible to the global scientific community, even in the event that the journal ceases publication."
